Waves Event Venue boasts an exquisite and intimate setting for your special occasion. We are a newer venue that offers beautiful contemporary surroundings in the prime area of Lake Mary, Florida. Beautiful hardwood floors and big windows with natural lighting invite you in to Waves.

Waves is a 5,100 sf venue that can accommodate a 1,000 sf dance floor, head tables, and a band or MC/DJ’s. Waves has a 200 guest capacity, best size events are 170 guests or less.

Waves is an “OPEN VENDOR VENUE.” Which in essence means if Grandma wants to do the cooking for your event, Grandma can do the cooking! We do not bind you to using our vendors, but if you need some guidance, check out our preferred list!

Waves does not have any restrictions on alcohol. We provide the bar, you provide the bartender and your drinks.

Waves wants to take the stress out of your event, so when you rent with us, you get our facility from 8:00a until midnight! Take your time, we want you to enjoy your event at Waves!

Waves will set your room up for you! Two weeks prior to your event, send us your floor layout and consider it done!
